500km di Basilicata historical cars regularity Italian Championship

The Basilicata 500 km is an historical cars regularity Italian championship race; it takes place throughout the south of Italy during three days. It goes through wonderful landscapes from mountain to sea:  the "Matera Sassi" that is the charming scenery of Mel Gibson "The Passion"; the fascinating Maratea sea-coast; the wide and scented vineyards of Vulture, home of the good Aglianico wine; the interesting Greek and Roman archeological sites ; the incredible panorama of the highlanding Dolomiti Lucane.
All this is melted with the special hospitality offered by the Basilicata people.
